As Project Manager of Urban Reality Construction (URC), Tom Maresh oversees the entire construction process for all of URC’s jobs including consulting, budgeting, contracting, and field work.

With more than 20 years of experience in the construction and home building industry, Mr. Maresh specializes in coordinating cost effective and efficient construction projects for his clients. Prior to working for URC, he spent three years as a senior manager for Sterling Heights, Michigan-based Lassale Homes, where he was responsible for implementing new systems to help increase sales and reduce costs through purchasing and estimating.

His extensive background also includes several purchasing manager positions at renowned home builders including Toll Brothers, Centex Homes, Shamrock Builders, Selective Group and Robert R. Jones. Throughout his career, he has received numerous awards including being named Toll Brother’s “Employee of the Year” in 1999.

Mr. Maresh holds a bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Management from Michigan State University. He resides in Lake Orion with his wife and four children.
